At the time of booking you need to provide a completed booking form, along with a deposit of 25% of the cost of your holiday. If your booking is made less than eight weeks before your holiday then the full amount is payable. A booking is not treated as confirmed until the booking form and deposit, or payment in full, is received and cleared.

It is a necessity that you take out comprehensive travel insurance when you book your holiday.
